Too Many Stories
I have too many stories to share. These stories are about God finding and speaking to young women in unhealthy relationships. They are stories about young men FINALLY feeling loved and accepted by a Father, their Heavenly Father. These are stories like Reiley's - athletes who came to camp for sports and left with Jesus.
I could tell you stories about my own heart - how God continues to invite me to be vulnerable with my audience so that He can further heal those places in me and invite to experience Him. I could tell you about Jesus encountering coaches at camp. I could tell you how He gave a camp counselor direction and calling for his life through camp. I could tell you about how God has radically changed the heart of one of America's best athletes. I could tell you about how she shared her testimony of competing internationally, BUT how knowing God is so much more important than sport.
I could also tell you about a young lady who was literally adopted by her volleyball coach, and how this led her into a relationship with Jesus. He has spoken so sweetly to her in that. I could tell you how that same young lady served as our camp speaker this summer for both of our volleyball camps.
I could tell you about 100 students jumping to their feet and RUNNING to the alter to receive Christ.
Too many stories. God is so good and I am so overwhelmed.
Thank you for praying, even when you didn't know what to pray. Thank you for giving your time, your talents, and your resources as you join GOD in what He is doing.
